Applicants are expected:

  • To work among a diverse team of architects, engineers, and programmers to create automation workflows.

  • To conceptualise user-centric tools with a specific intent that is viable and desirable for our valued clients.

  • To resolve technical issues by coordinating and communicating between the team and other stakeholders.

  • To possess knowledge of / experience in AI / AEC principles, trained locally and in the region.

General requirements:

  • Masters / Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Computing, or equivalent experiences.

  • Deep knowledge in machine learning, 3D Geometry, attributes, data structure or BIM / IFC.

  • Knowledge / experience in NextJS, ReactJS, C#, C++, Ruby, or Python.

  • Passionate and open-minded about developing new tools and automation workflows to solve complex problems.

  • Team player – responsible, easy-going, and kind.

  • Humble and open to learn new skills in the changing design automation field as required.

Desirable Knowledge / Experiences

  • Knowledge in various computational design software and experience in plugin development.

  • Able to work in an agile environment.

  • Experience / interests in parametric generative design and machine learning / artificial intelligence.

  • Interest in working with LLMs or have integrated OpenAI's API or similar.
